We’re seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organised fluent French administrative assistant to join this global firm. This role and firm will be a launchpad to your career and into being a top executive assistant.
Based in the heart of Birmingham's financial district, you'll be part of a collaborative team providing essential support to associates, where you'll master the art of seamless coordination, confident communication, and proactive problem-solving. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with global stakeholders across London, Europe, and the U.S.
You will have a minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience coordinating meetings, processing invoices and expenses, and arranging domestic or international travel in a professional environment.
Your day-to-day will be varied:
1. Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
2. Organise international and domestic travel with flair
3. Handle expenses, invoices, and admin tasks
4. Help with team queries and pitch in where needed
5. Team player bonus: Provide phone and holiday coverage when needed
Requirements:
6. 1 - 2+ years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator
7. Worked in a corporate office environment
