Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Bacup, OL13 Pay: £16.50 per hour £3,000 Welcome Bonus Hours: 160 hours per month Sleeps: Yes; up to 11 per month on a 2 on 4 off basis however each Registered Manager within the company runs the Deputy Manager differently so sleeps maybe less than 4 per month. Sleeps paid at £65 per sleep. The home provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment focused on safeguarding, stability, and helping young people achieve positive outcomes. Who we are looking for… Our client is seeking a confident and supportive Deputy Manager to work closely with the Registered Manager and help lead the home on a day-to-day basis.
