Job Details
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Justice Worker to join the Kirkcaldy Community Payback Order Team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including Unpaid Work Orders, Structured Deferred Sentences, and Low-Level Supervision cases.
Key responsibilities include completing environmental risk assessments, attending multi‑agency risk management meetings, and preparing high‑quality reports for Court. The role requires strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills, with a commitment to supporting positive change and upholding public safety. Knowledge of our internal systems such as Liquid Logic and Oracle would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided, and similarly an understanding of the issues that face individuals who are in contact with the Justice system and more importantly how to support and manage them is a key element of the post.
