The opportunity:
Join a small but growing sales team with ambitious plans for the year, as this successful business continues its growth trajectory.
Work closely with the CRO to develop the revenue strategy, focusing on optimizing inbound lead conversion and building an outbound sales approach to exceed growth targets!
Lead a team of 3, mentor, motivate, and drive performance as you advance your sales leadership career!
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to step into sales leadership within a rapidly expanding business. You will work closely with a CRO who has experience with some of the most recognizable tech brands globally!
Who fits this role:
* Experience and a proven track record in SaaS Sales, personally achieving new business sales quotas.
* Previous experience in team management, leadership, coaching, or mentorship.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to make a difference. We value ideas and initiative!
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker capable of translating vision into action.
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* A results-focused, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
* Experience within InfoSec, RegTech, Compliance-Tech, or GRC solutions.
The package:
* £85,000 basic salary with a £45k bonus (uncapped) OTE
* Fully remote working available, with multiple offices across the South
