Duties
Operation of a busy kitchen in compliance with HACCP regulations. Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene ensuring a safe working environment for fellow staff and customers. Ability to multitask and work under a high pressure environment during busy service times. Preparation, Cooking and Running a section of the Kitchen

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of ingredients and allergens in all menu items
