Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream primary school that are looking for a dedicated TA to join their team to cover scheduled staff abesences in the Autumn term!
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
* Ability to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
* Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
* A positive, nurturing approach and a genuine love of helping children thrive
Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils' learning through group work and 1:1 sessions
* Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and the wider school team to support every child’s development
