Head of Sales - Hybrid (£50 - 75,000 OTE)
Are you a seasoned Head of Sales or Sales Manager with solid experience and knowledge of the catering equipment or food service industries and a passion for leading from the front and managing sales teams? If so, pay attention, as this could be the new challenge you’ve been waiting for.
My client is going through a fantastic period of growth and expansion with their sights firmly set on hitting their £10m turnover target and are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead the growing team.
This opportunity represents a chance to work with some of the most famous venues and hospitality brands in the UK, delivering equipment and maintenance projects in excess of £1.5m. As a pivotal part of the team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, managing your own quote and project pipeline, but also for steering, supporting, and motivating the sales team to ensure revenue and growth targets are achieved.
* You will be experienced in helping to deliver company and individual targets.
* You will possess excellent communication skills to develop internal and external relationships with clients and suppliers, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You will be well-versed in providing consultative, project driven solutions to clients.
* Experience in site surveying would be ideal, enabling you to provide plans to the design team.
* An ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and tenders is required.

From a salary perspective you will be looking at a basic of £50,000 – 60,000, with on target earnings of between £60 – 75,000, possibly more with an uncapped bonus scheme. You will be required to be in the office for 2 days a week, with most of the work being in and around London. There is also a genuine opportunity to progress to Sales Director level in line with current growth plans.
