What You’ll Do
* Design and implement professional applications for elite‑level motorsport using sound software engineering practices.
* Maintain and support applications—fix bugs and answer technical questions.
* Deliver on goals in a timely manner and provide regular progress updates.
* Assist with documentation and test design.
What You’ll Need
* C++ experience (or experience in another object‑oriented language and a willingness to learn C++).
* Degree in computer science or another technical subject.
* Experience developing efficient data structures and algorithms.
* A passion for technology.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
* A passion for sport.
* Experience working in motorsport.
* Understanding of UI and UX design.
* Experience developing applications on Windows.
* Experience with Agile tools and processes.
* Experience developing applications in Visual Studio.
* Experience developing video‑processing applications.
* Basic understanding of networking.
What Your Success Will Look Like
* Within 6 months, add new features to the software with guidance from product and engineering leaders.
* Within 12 months, establish an area of speciality within the Motorsport team and suggest new insights for future development.
