Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various duties that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, catering setting, or bar environment.
Duties
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing excellent hospitality throughout their visit.
* Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
* Serve food and beverages while maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Handle payments and manage cash registers responsibly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, or catering space.
* Assist in setting up and breaking down events or functions as required.
* Provide support in bartending duties when necessary, ensuring compliance with licensing laws.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
* Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
* Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
