Contract: Hospitality Project Manager – AI Rostering System Implementation Location: Remote with 2-3 days per week in Central London ⏳ Duration: Initial 6 month contract Outside IR35 Competitive day rate We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in hospitality systems to lead the delivery of a brand-new AI-powered rostering solution for a well-known operator. This is a critical role in a high-impact transformation, focused on optimising workforce management across multiple sites. You’ll be the driving force from planning through to go-live, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, HR, and IT. ✅ What we’re looking for: Proven experience implementing hospitality or workforce management systems Strong track record delivering projects within hospitality, leisure, or multi-site retail environments Confident stakeholder management, ability to navigate both technical and operational teams Experience working with or implementing AI, scheduling, or rostering tools Comfortable operating autonomously and hitting the ground running in a fast-paced environment This role is Outside IR35 and offers a mix of remote working with 2-3 days onsite in Central London.
