Due to continued growth and a full pipeline of high-end projects, we are seeking a commercially astute Estimator who thrives on detail, precision, and problem-solving. With clear routes for progression, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a business that values initiative and innovation.

Your Role as an Estimator will include:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates for specialist projects

* Producing tenders, analyse drawing, specifications and contracts

* Conducting site visits, surveys, and liaising with clients

The successful Estimator will have:

1. Proven experience as an Estimator on construction projects
