Reporting to theSales Manager duties to include:
Responding to customer queries aboutservices
Providing price quotationsand explaining product pricing
Makingoutbound customer calls in order to sell company products andservices in consultative and engagingway.
Negotiate bulk or packagepricing.
Closing sales in line withtargets and KPI s
Maintainingcustomer database accurately and efficiently in a timelymanner
Working and managing leads intimely manner throughout tocompletion
Contacting customers inresponse to correspondence orfeedback
Monitoring booking statusesto ensure quality of service.
Investigating cancelled unshipped bookings and resolving customerqueries as necessary
Maintaining aworking knowledge of the products and services sold and keeping upto date knowledge on industrydevelopments.
Requirements
Theideal candidate will have experience of customer service within anoffice environment demonstrate a confident and positive attitude towork to together with excellent communication skills and conversantwith excel and word. You will be flexible and have the ability towork well under pressure either within a team or have initiative toworkalone.
