Job Description
As our Creative Studio Coordinator, you'll be a key player in bringing our global brand to life through stunning photo, video, and digital content. From planning shoots to curating assets and working hands-on with the creative team, you'll make sure every project runs smoothly and looks world-class.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Lead in the pre-production and planning of photo/video shoots both externally and internally for our in-house studio, coordinating with internal stakeholders, gathering relevant production information etc.
* Co-ordinate external photo/video productions, liaising with third parties for necessary written permissions, contracts, insurances, organising models, internal stakeholders etc.
* Lead internal briefing processes and management for visual asset curation.
* Assist in the running of shoots on-location where necessary.
* Lead in the management, upload and delivery of content deliverables to relevant internal teams and platforms.
* Working with the wider creative team on visual asset curation.
* Continued review of creative asset library with a goal to repurpose and renew existing material in new ways across external marketing channels.
* Basic video editing, adding captions etc
* Basic image processing and retouching
Qualifications
* Efficient and effective planning skills with an eye for risk management
* Excellent organisational skills and process implementation
* Strong skillset for project and production management
* Basic design and video skills
* Creative approach to problems
* Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Great communication skills (both written and spoken) and the ability to work within a team
* Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
