Customer Support Manager

The Customer Support Manager will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage time-critical tasks confidently. From container management to documentation accuracy and stock coordination, you will play a central role in keeping operations running efficiently.
Customer Support Manager Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily container requirements and maintain accurate inbound schedules across storage locations
* Manage booking systems to align container arrivals with operational capacity and warehouse planning
* Communicate clearly with warehouses regarding vehicle slots, inbound deliveries, and stock movements
* Process purchase orders and ensure inbound stock is accurately recorded and reported
* Act as the main customer contact for enquiries, delivery updates, and service information
* Work with external storage sites and logistics partners to manage documentation, packing lists, and stock transfers
* Support internal teams by resolving service issues promptly and completing all administrative duties to a high standard

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative processes
* Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
* Competent across computer systems and able to maintain accurate data
