🚧 We’re Hiring: Administrator (6-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)

📍 Slinfold, West Sussex | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 Circa £26,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a well-established infrastructure services provider that has been delivering essential highway and street lighting solutions across the UK for over 25 years. Supporting local authorities and communities, they play a key role in making towns and cities safer, smarter, and more sustainable.


Now, they’re looking for a proactive Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.


✨ What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same in this varied role. You’ll be a key support to the operational team, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.


Your day-to-day will include:

* Providing excellent customer service, including handling public enquiries
* Managing and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
* Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
* Inputting timesheets for operational staff
* Preparing job packs for street lighting projects


✅ What we’re looking for

* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills


⭐ Nice to have (but not essential)

* Experience in utilities, construction, or highways
* Familiarity with purchase order or finance systems
* A keen eye for detail and interest in improving processes


⏰ Working Pattern

Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm

Overtime available for those who want it
