A luxury country hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent reputation is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 25 chefs in the kitchen. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with a team of 10 chefs cooking dishes for the Brasserie. The Brasserie Offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day menu fusing British and Mediterranean cuisine, and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, with a daily specials board. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a progressive company, and may offer you the opportunity to work in the other dining options available at the hotel.
Requirements:
A very strong Commis Chef or a Chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. The ability to take control of your section in the kitchen is essential for this role as you will be expected to manage it on a daily basis whilst under the guidance of the senior chefs.
