Management Accountant Location: Swansea Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Construction Salary: Competitive (DOE) A growing construction business in Swansea is looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership of month-end reporting, forecasting, and financial control, offering real visibility and influence across the business. The Role You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and decision-useful financial information to support operational performance, cashflow management, and strategic decision-making. This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, improving processes, and working closely with operational and commercial teams.
