A leading home improvement retailer in Greater London is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee store operations and ensure excellent customer service. In this role, you will manage daily operations and support your colleagues while fostering a safe shopping environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, demonstrates strong leadership qualities, and values safety and compliance.
