The Role
* Build, develop, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers across the region.
* Drive new business through farm visits, outbound calls, and online enquiries, identifying opportunities and turning them into sales.
* Represent the business at demonstrations, confidently showcasing machinery and equipment to prospective customers.
* Handle customer queries and challenges with professionalism, delivering solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
* Assess and sell used equipment, completing detailed reports both in the field and at depot locations.
* Prepare accurate quotations, calculate costs, and ensure all deals are commercially sound and profitable.
* Take ownership of your performance, consistently working to meet and exceed sales targets, including machinery and extended warranty sales.
What We’re Looking For
* Background or experience within the agricultural industry.
* Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential, attitude and willingness to learn are key.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
* Confidence in presenting, demonstrating products, and building lasting relationships.
* Strong communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
