About the roleWe’re looking for a proactive and adaptable HR Advisor to support our dynamic and growing Essential Home business unit. From handling employee discussions and supporting HR processes to analysing data and improving how we work, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to help build the future of Essential Home with us.Your responsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day HR support, including policy guidance, employee discussions, and issue resolution, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the business.Contribute to the implementation of people strategies and HR initiatives aligned with the Essential Home business goals.Maintain and improve HR systems and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making across the people agenda.Support performance, development, and engagement initiatives that drive individual and team growth.Actively participate in projects focused on organisational development, employee wellbeing, and culture.Partner with managers and teams to help build an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
