We are seeking an experienced Spanish speaking sports Podcast producer for a new audio‑only podcast around Padel. The Producer must have at least 3years experienceproducingsports podcasts, andlive within commuting distance of Madrid. Responsibilities include:

* Editorial planning and shaping;
* Format development and episodestructuring;
* Running order and segmentplanning;
* Recording and productionmanagement;
* Producer‑led sessionsupport;
* Packaging, publishing and release support for eachepisode;
* Agreed short‑form promotional support derived from eachepisode;
* Workflow, scheduling and approvals coordination; and
* Reporting against the agreed KPI framework.
The show is expected to follow a magazine‑style format, allowing for a mix of news, stories, interviews, event context, player‑focused segments and relevant promotional or partner moments, as agreed editorially.
You must be technically highly proficient and have excellent editorial skills, expert in shaping scripts and have excellent people skills. This engagement will be for an initial 12 weeks with the expectation to extend to an annual contract. Fees will be paid at the market rate.
