About the role:
Due to a new contract win involving kitchens with a new customer, we are seeking an Electrician to join our team in Angus. The main duties will include inspection and testing, consuming changes, wiring new sockets on face plate changes, and fitting three kitchens per week. This work will take place within our tenanted properties across Angus and Dundee.
Your responsibilities include carrying out a range of electrical work in our clients' housing stock to ensure all electrical installations are safe for continued use, safeguarding service users, members of the public, clients’ personnel, and Mears employees from potential electrical dangers.
What are we looking for?
* City and Guilds NVQ Level 3
* AM2
* 18th Edition
* 2391 Testing and Inspection
* Experience working within social housing and kitchens
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible working approach
* Full UK driving license
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work in the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
