Job Description
As a Searcys waiter, you will be required to run sections, understanding and delivering all guests' requirements and offering seamless service of food and drink. This is a 7-day operation with shift rotation.
Job Type: Full Time/Part Time
Salary: £12.21 per hour plus tronc
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional service to our guests
2. Successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
3. Assist in the setup of the restaurant and events
4. Nurture and develop new commis waiters
5. Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
6. Liaise with key personnel to ensure consistent food and service standards in line with menu and management guidelines
7. Deal courteously with guest requests and refer to the line manager if necessary
8. Maintain excellent communication skills
9. Take a proactive and hands-on approach
10. Work autonomously and as part of a team
11. Show passion for food and beverage
12. Manage time effectively
13. Organize tasks efficiently

You will assist the floor managers in daily operations, delivering first-class service from Afternoon Tea to Champagne service. The Georgian Pump Room has been a social hub for over two centuries, with past patrons including Jane Austen and Charles Dickens.
