* Handling complaints in a timely manner, from initial contact through to resolution
* Keeping customers updated throughout the process
* Liaising closely with operational teams
* Ensure that issues are resolved to prevent repeat complaints
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Keeping accurate records of all complaints
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Previous complaints handling experience, ideally within a regulated environment
* High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
* Commitment to resolving customer issues to an exemplary standard
* Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
