We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Management Specialist to join a welcoming primary school in East Grinstead, supporting Year 4 pupils with SEN from September 2025. Your Responsibilities: Implement consistent and fair behaviour strategies in line with the school’s policy Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to Year 4 pupils with SEN Deliver behaviour and emotional regulation interventions Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create and review personalised behaviour support plans Support the wider school community in promoting a calm and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For: Experience in a Behaviour Support or SEN-focused role Strong grasp of SEN-related behaviour management techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm, proactive, and adaptable approach to challenges Knowledge of the UK education system and SEN practices (advantageous) Why Join Us?
