We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Admin Support Assistant to join our Education & Children’s Services (ECS) Hires Team. This is a key role supporting the coordination of ECS Facilities Hires across Aberdeenshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing facility hire bookings, enquiries, and cancellations, ensuring accurate information is recorded and systems are kept up to date. You will also be expected to respond to customers, schools, and partners in a timely and courteous manner, providing a high-quality standard of service.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post is a full-time fixed-term hybrid role (36.25 hours per week), working 7.25 hours Monday to Friday, with the majority of duties carried out from home.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding 21/02/2027.
