With a strong international presence and a commitment to excellence, this firm is seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Capital Management team in Preston. Key responsibilities include:

* End-to-end candidate coordination: Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for both lateral and campus recruitment processes.
* Stakeholder support: Act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and smooth process execution.
* System and process management: Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), post job openings, and ensure data integrity across recruitment platforms.
* Reporting and insights: Assist in tracking key recruitment metrics and contribute to regular reporting to inform hiring strategies.
* Project involvement: Support the planning and delivery of HCM operational projects, contributing to continuous improvement and process optimisation.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a related administrative role, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, professional approach to communication and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is essential.
