Key Account Manager
This role is focused on managing and developing a portfolio of high-growth cloud partners. You'll be responsible for driving retention, deepening engagement, and accelerating growth across your assigned account base.
A full Account Management position working with existing customers.
Hybrid working in Bristol / Field Sales.
Working with market-leading Cloud vendors.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for your assigned partner base.
* Work closely with partners on cloud adoption and presenting new products.
* Build deep and ongoing relationships with an account portfolio.
* Support partners with Go-To-Market activity, such as marketing and sales campaigns.
* Champion your partner to suppliers to ensure they leverage supplier programs and funding.
* Ensure you manage pipelines and reporting to the Cloud Sales Manager.
* Ensure your KPIs are being met and achieved as set out by your manager.
* This role will be a hybrid-based role – travel and set days in the office will be required.
* Be present at industry events, roundtables, workshops, & seminars.
* Maintain and consistently work with accounts to build partner plans.
* Work with a % of high growth or low spend cross-sell partners with large growth potential to encourage transactions in cloud.
* Ensure partners are accessing our core proposition in the cloud, including MS partner programs, vendor F2Fs and 121s, training and enablement and access to practices.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Strong background in channel sales, with a proven track record.
* Deep customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional partner experiences.
* Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on sales growth and performance metrics.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Self-starter with strong initiative and a proactive approach to account management.
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and high-performing team culture.
