Warehouse Operative (Picker/Packer)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

 Shift pattern - Wednesday-Sunday 

Wednesday 12pm - 8pm

Thursday 12pm - 8pm

Friday 12pm - 8pm

Saturday 8:30am - 5pm

Sunday 12:30pm - 9pm

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack car batteries, which are heavy items, using correct methods and including appropriate safety information.
• Stack and wrap items ready for courier collections.
• Use display screen equipment to process orders for packing.
• Prepare palletised items ready for loading onto wagons.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets.

Important Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle heavy items safely (car batteries).
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
