Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management Source, install, and maintain computer hardware and software across the organisation’s IT infrastructure. Maintain and support associated equipment including printers, scanners, servers, and networking hardware. Manage the sourcing, installation, and maintenance of telephone systems, call recording systems, and related software. Oversee the installation and maintenance of photocopiers and other capital equipment used in daily business operations. Networking Diagnose and resolve network issues to ensure reliable connectivity and efficient user performance.
