Trade Mastermind is seeking a professional and committed Customer Account Manager to deliver exceptional service to our growing client base. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where your dedication, organisational skills, and interpersonal abilities will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the client journey.

* Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating all necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth handover from sales.

* Provide clear, tailored support and training to clients on our products and services, ensuring they understand how to derive maximum value.

* Monitor client activity and proactively address potential issues, ensuring any concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.

* Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and technical support, to meet and exceed client expectations.

* Ensure regular client communication, feedback collection, and continuous improvement in the client experience.

* Identify opportunities for continuous service enhancement, supporting business retention and long-term growth.

About You

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or account management role, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients confidently and empathetically.

* Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

* Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM or client management systems.

* A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently.

* Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a high standard of service at all times.
