Role Purpose: We are looking for an exceptional freelance hospitality manager to oversee the delivery and execution of events at multiple London sites. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ management experience in hospitality. Responsibilities include client liaison, team management, ensuring top customer service, and collaborating closely with sales, planning, and operations teams for seamless event execution. Front of house management experience, attention to detail, and presentation skills are essential. Performance will be monitored through manager audits, guest feedback, and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee opening and closing procedures at all events
2. Conduct effective team briefings during events
3. Ensure food and beverage requirements meet client specifications
4. Coordinate with planning teams for seamless client transitions
5. Work with setup staff to ensure venue standards
6. Enforce health and safety regulations during events
7. Motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional service aligned with our vision
Key Deliverables:

* Complete all paperwork accurately and on time

Skills and Capabilities:
* Experience and training in Catering and Events Industry
* Leadership, decision-making, and accountability skills
* Confident, articulate, and able to act as MC when needed
* Excellent attention to detail and planning skills
* Proven ability to manage time and people effectively
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours as required
