IT Support Engineer role: you’ll provide 1st & 2nd line support across a range of systems and services. You’ll be the first point of contact for internal customers and help to keep IT operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Answering support calls and logging tickets
* Providing remote and occasional on-site technical support
* Assisting with technical projects and system rollouts
* Supporting users with Microsoft Office / Office 365, networking, and hardware issues
* Developing your IT knowledge and progressing within the business
Required/Preferred Qualities
* Friendly, approachable and eager to learn
* Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
* A good problem-solver with an eye for detail
* Flexible and motivated with a positive outlook
Experience
Any experience with Windows, Active Directory, networking, telephony systems, or cloud services is beneficial – but full training and support will be provided.
