Qualifications:

* Current SLPA certification or licensure in Oregon.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists and educational staff.
* Familiarity with various speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
* Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
* Conduct individual and group sessions under the supervision of a licensed professional.
* Monitor and document student progress and participation in therapy.
* Support students in developing effective communication skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to facilitate students overall success.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions regarding student needs.
