You will play a key role in supporting the project management team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, coordinating documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and project support to the project management team * Coordinate project documentation, reports, and schedules * Track project progress and assist with monitoring deadlines and deliverables * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to support project requirements * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards * Assist with procurement activities, including issuing orders and tracking materials * Support with project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions * Ensure effective communication between office and site teams Requirements: * Previous experience in a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role within the construction industry (M&E experience desirable) * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach * Knowledge of healthcare sector projects would be advantageous but not essential
