Role Overview The business is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its London based team. You will take full responsibility for managing MEP services from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring design quality, coordination, and performance across a range of fit out and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities • Manage the MEP design process, programme, and quality across assigned projects • Represent building services in client and consultant design meetings and chair MEP design workshops • Take ownership of technical submittals, MEP drawing reviews, and O and M documentation • Work closely with the Project Lead, Planner, and Project Managers to develop and manage construction programmes • Lead the development and coordination of commissioning programmes • Manage the services RFI process and maintain clear communication with site and technical teams • Review and assess MEP tender returns and attend subcontractor tender interviews • Prepare detailed and technically robust responses to scored tender questions About You • Qualified in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with a strong understanding of both disciplines • Experience working for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor within the fit out and refurbishment sector • Strong preconstruction and technical coordination experience • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Collaborative, accountable, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders What’s on Offer • Permanent position with a salary of £80,000 to £90,000 depending on experience • Clear opportunities for career progression within a well established specialist contractor • A supportive and growing business that values technical excellence and long term careers • Hybrid working flexibility to support a healthy work life balance If you are a technically driven Technical Services Manager seeking a long term role with a highly respected contractor, we would be delighted to discuss this opportunity further
