Oracle HCM & Payroll Transformation – Functional Consultant (Permanent Role)
🚀 Shape the Future of a Rising UK Powerhouse
This is a major UK business you might not know yet — but soon will. With big ambitions and rapid growth in a niche market, it's transforming fast and becoming the kind of name you'll want on your CV.
🔧 The Mission
The company is overhauling its legacy HR & Payroll systems and replacing them with Oracle HCM Cloud. You’ll join at the heart of a multi-phase digital transformation, starting with Core HR & Payroll, going live in a year — and continuing with modules like Recruitment, Learning, Talent & Compensation. Think long-term impact and not just a project, your BAU will be supporting continuous change.
This is a key role in enabling the organisation’s shift from fragmented, manual HR processes to a modern, cloud-based, self-service operating model. There will be significant opportunity to grow with the role, guiding the business through continuous improvement, future module rollout, and evolving Oracle capabilities.
The Oracle HCM programme sits at the heart of a broader digital transformation strategy and is supported by a cross-functional team. While the implementation team is distributed across several UK locations, a key HR operations hub is based in Scotland, and travel will be required during the first year to support rollout and change activities.
