Project Quantity Surveyor
I’m working with a well-known and highly respected main contractor who are delivering some of the most exciting high-end residential projects across London, and they’re looking to bring a Project QS into their growing commercial team.

The role:
You’ll be working on a range of luxury residential schemes across London, taking commercial ownership of your own project or supporting as a strong No.2 QS depending on your experience. The company has up to 10 live sites at any one time, so there’s always something new and challenging on the go.
You’ll be working closely with a great senior team who encourage autonomy but are always there to support when needed. They pride themselves on being open, approachable and down to earth ,with a real emphasis on teamwork and communication.

What they’re looking for:
• Main contracting background is essential
• Experience as a Project QS or a strong No.2 ready to take that next step
• Confident managing costs, subcontractors, and relationships
• Experience within high-end resi or complex build projects
