The role:
Manage the day-to-day Revenue Operations function within IRIS, driving process refinement, analysis, measurement, and innovation projects to enhance our commercial capabilities. Lead a small team in the UK and India to deliver a world-class Revenue Operations function, partnering with departmental leads and senior stakeholders to achieve commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Revenue Operations team across different locations
* Oversee daily team deliverables
* Liaise with key stakeholders on team output and review deliverables
* Lead Revenue Operations in key programmes of work
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, driving initiatives forward
* Manage line management responsibilities and motivate team members
* Build and deliver a roadmap for Revenue Operations in collaboration with the Director
