You are responsible for tracking daily work-in-progress reports to ensure tasks are running on schedule, liaising with subcontractors to chase updates and resolve delays, and managing communications through email and telephone. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with all stakeholders across Manheim Logistics and Manheim Auctions, helping to keep operations running efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing You will be proficient in using spreadsheets and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems You will maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management You will liaise effectively with customers and suppliers to support logistics operations and deliver excellent service You will manage administrative tasks efficiently, prioritising your workload to consistently meet deadlines You will work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills You will be proactive and adaptable, using initiative and responding positively to change You will be a motivated self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team What We’re Looking For High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with operational and customer data.
