Mobile Boiler Engineer – FM / Building Services Provider – London & South East – Up to £58,000 + Package
Exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider of mechanical and building services operating across London and the South East. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Mobile Boiler Engineer to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance, fault‑finding, and installations across a range of commercial sites.
The successful candidate will be commercially gas qualified with a strong background in boiler systems and associated plant. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a high‑earning mobile role with ongoing training and clear long‑term career progression.
Hours of Work
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
* Mobile role covering London & South East
* Call‑out rota: TBC
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial boiler systems
* Diagnose and fault‑find across gas, mechanical, and electrical components
* Carry out boiler installations, commissioning, and system upgrades
* Perform combustion analysis and efficiency testing
* Conduct gas safety inspections and ensure full compliance
* Maintain and repair associated plant including pumps, valves, plate heat exchangers, and controls
* Produce clear and accurate service reports and documentation
* Liaise with clients on‑site, providing technical support and recommendations
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements
* Commercial Gas Safe qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1)
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Gas / Heating
* Proven experience working on commercial boiler systems
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
* OFTEC / Oil qualifications
* Unvented Hot Water (G3)
* 18th Edition / basic electrical knowledge
* BMS experience
