Job Description:
Listed Company Secretarial Assistant vacancy in London or Remote. Requires 2+ years of governance and/or company secretarial experience. This role offers training, development, and progression towards becoming a chartered secretary within a progressive FTSE 100 listed company.
The role includes:
* Managing and supporting subsidiary entity compliance and governance for the Group
* Supporting appointment of new directors and advising on their duties
* Assisting finance with statutory accounts review and investment lists
* Completing KYC requests
* Initiating and managing ad hoc projects
* Drafting, reviewing, and executing Powers of Attorney, Proxies, and Letters of Authority
* Acting as Secretary to the Trustee of the Pension Scheme, organizing meetings, drafting minutes and agendas, and preparing meeting packs
* Serving as Secretary to the Governance Committee of the Group Personal Pension Plan
* Supporting annual Scheme data renewal, Scheme audit, and administration of Long Term Incentive and Deferred Share Schemes
* Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating sections of the Group Annual Report and Accounts, liaising with design, finance, and marketing teams
* Preparing for the Group AGM, supporting its organization and execution, and drafting related announcements for the London Stock Exchange
* Acting as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders
