We’re delighted to be supporting our client – an established and fast-moving ecommerce group – in recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to help shape the future of their online strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences across their consumer brands.

This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility to work from home one day per week following the probationary period.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across content, email, SEO, PPC, social media (organic and paid), CRO and UX optimisation.
* Optimise customer journeys and website performance using analytics and insight-driven improvements.
* Create and manage engaging digital content that reflects brand identity and drives conversions.
* Produce reports and analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
* Assist with website merchandising and customer experience improvements.
* Provide occasional support to customer service during busy trading periods.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within an ecommerce environment.
* Expertise in at least three of the following:
o Content creation
o Email marketing
o SEO
o PPC
o Influencer marketing
o Social media (organic and paid)
o CRO / UX optimisation
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* A creative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.
Desirable Skills (not essential)
* Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or similar ecommerce platforms.
* Knowledge of marketplaces, digital PR, SMS marketing, or Canva/similar tools.
* Video creation and editing skills.
