Sefton's Adult Social Care Commissioning & Transformation Team have an exciting opportunity available for two Commissioning Officer posts.

You will support the Strategic Commissioning Managers on a range of strategic priorities across commissioning with a current focus on Residential & Nursing Care and Home Care / Reablement.

The posts will work within the ASC Commissioning and Transformation Team, and you will need an excellent understanding of commissioning, a well-developed commissioning skill set and experience in delivering commissioning outcomes to a range of vulnerable people or groups within Adult Social Care. You will support the commissioning function to ensure that a strategic approach is taken, in line with Council priorities and with local and national policy objectives.
