Responsibilities:
1. To be the first point of call for any customer queries relating to sales, execution, installations, and communications.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
3. Ensure that customer claims and complaints are resolved fairy, effectively, accurately, and timely, and in accordance with consumer laws.
4. Collaborate with other departments within the organisation to execute orders and meet customer expectations.
5. Maintain company pricing lists and margins.
6. Provide status updates when requested by management and customers.
7. Participate and engage in continuous improvement initiatives and supply feedback for improvement plans.
8. Train, coach, and mentor new associates in SAP and company procedures.
Qualifications:
9. 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role, within a manufacturing environment or similar, background in Oil & Gas is desirable.
10. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
12. Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.
13. Detail orientated, ability to work with figures and calculations.
14. Able to confidently read and understand technical drawings.
15. Experience in training associates would be desirable.
16. Experience using SAP would be preferred.
