Hybrid work pattern - 2 days' work from home The Role: Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and facilitating resolutions Support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding. Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance. Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Assist in the development and delivery of HR training. Ensure that all activities respect confidentiality at all times. The Person: CIPD qualified 2-3+ years' experience in HR, ideally within a fast paced, manufacturing or production led environment. Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Proven experience in handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Flexible to travel across various sites and have access to your own transport.
