SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role
Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including communication difficulties, ASD, SEMH, or learning delays. Assist with structured interventions, behaviour regulation strategies, and access to the curriculum. Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to ensure pupils make consistent, well-supported progress.
