An independent estate agency, specialising in sales and lettings within the luxury property sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Negotiator located in Docklands, London. The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for estate agency, communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales, and lettings.
Base salary £28,000.00 OTE £75,000.00 - Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Experience working across the APAC market would be an advantage as would speaking Mandarin (not essential)
Two years minimum property sales experience needed.
Qualifications
* Estate Agents, Sales, and Lettings skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience in sales negotiation
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
* Knowledge of the local property market in London
* Previous experience in real estate or related field
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
