Responsibilities
* Design and execute end-to-end research projects using various qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user needs and behaviours.
* Drive business impact by translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that guide the product strategy and roadmap— influencing business, product and design decisions.
* Create compelling and concise deliverables, including reports, presentations, and workshops, to communicate research insights effectively.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally by bringing together product, design, engineering and business teams to align and foster collaboration in addressing user challenges.
* Push for user‑centricity by advocating for the value of user research and evangelise research insights, promoting a user‑centred mindset across teams and stakeholders.
* Democratise research by mentoring colleagues on best practices for embedding research into product development and design processes.
* Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the impact of user research.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject such as Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology or Social Science.
* Experience in a B2B or SaaS setting.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
* Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and clear recommendations.
* Expert storyteller and communicator able to engage and encourage confidence across different teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
* Skilled at prioritising and delivering research in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
* Adept at facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and innovation.
Nice to Have
* Proven record in conducting user research for advanced data analytics platforms.
* Previous experience in the AdTech industry.
