Motorlet is a growing online vehicle leasing broker working with both private individuals (B2C) and business customers (B2B) across the UK. We're a commercially driven, high-energy team based in the centre of Royston. We take sales seriously, we care about customer experience, and we expect people to be on top of their game.
This role has a clear progression path into Senior Consultant for someone who proves they can consistently perform, manage their pipeline properly, and add value to the wider team.
The Role
This is a full-cycle sales role suited to experienced B2B or B2C sales professionals who enjoy managing live deals, building rapport quickly, and staying in control of a busy pipeline. You'll handle inbound enquiries, qualify customers properly, negotiate with dealers and funders, manage your deals end-to-end, and deliver a smooth, professional experience every time.
This is not a scripted call-centre role. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, follow up properly, keep your CRM clean, and close business consistently.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound B2B and B2C leasing enquiries quickly and professionally
Qualifying customers to understand needs, budget, and suitability for leasing
Managing a live pipeline of multiple deals at different stages
Producing accurate, professional quotations and following up effectively
Negotiating with dealers and funders to secure the best outcomes
Hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date at all times
Working closely with the wider sales and operations team to get deals delivered
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (automotive, finance, or phone-based sales a bonus)
Exceptionally organised with strong pipeline and follow-up discipline
Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and professionally
Comfortable handling objections, negotiations, and multiple live deals
Strong attention to detail - admin accuracy really matters here
Commercial mindset with a genuine desire to earn well
Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for results

This is a role for someone who takes pride in being on top of their pipeline, follows things through properly, and enjoys earning commission by doing the job well.
